(Quartz Contracting): Located 60 km E. of Prince George and 160km W. of McBride on Hwy 16. Nestled in rolling, forested mountains with open areas near the lakefront. Nestled in the rolling mountains east of Prince George, Purden Lake Provincial Park encompasses 140 hectares on the north shore of Purden Lake. Wilderness recreation values include hunting, fishing, hiking, climbing, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. The Conservancy is a non-mechanized area. |
